How much should my product cost?

Typically, the budget constraint is one of the most important in project development efforts. Whereas you can manipulate the project scope and play a little with a timeline, it often happens that the project budget is something fixed, and you cannot go beyond a particular range. Therefore, it is important not to beat around the bush and to communicate the limits clearly. We can obviously estimate costs first, but sometimes, it simplifies the discussion and allows us to adjust the proper tools to the expected budget range of the project.

How long would it take?

After the Scoping Workshop, we will be able to give you the timeline for the project. It will indicate the time needed to develop the MVP. However, this is not the specific date, as this depends on how long it will take to sign all documents and when our Experts are available to kick off the project. Typically, with our clients, we can kick off the project within 2 weeks of signing the contract.

What scope will be delivered?

This is often the least defined item out of those three earlier mentioned. Whereas clients have the product vision, they are uncertain if the user should set the password by themselves, log in with social media, or perhaps use the OTP in SMS.

How much does the Scoping Workshop cost?

At LeanCode, the Scoping Workshop is free. It takes around 2h of your team members' time, but that is the total expenditure you need to make.
