Who we are
Founded in 2016 in Warsaw, Poland, we began as a small group of six dedicated professionals. Today, we’ve grown to a team of over 70 experts, all focused on creating applications that drive change.
What sets us apart? Our deep technical expertise combined with a strong business perspective. For nearly a decade, this has enabled us to support clients across Europe, the US, and Australia, helping startups and enterprise-level organizations deliver impactful solutions. Our broad expertise in various industries like banking, fintech, well-being, FMCG, healthcare, and sports equips us to confidently approach and resolve the complex challenges that organizations face today.
We build our frameworks (i.e., Patrol) and solutions, contribute to open-source projects, offer a custom Internship Program, and give lectures at several universities in Warsaw, Poland. We are also an official Flutter consultancy firm.

Łukasz Kosman and Jakub Wojtczak founded LeanCode, and at first, the team consisted of only 6 people. Today we’re much bigger and deliver apps to clients worldwide.

Our mission has always been to create a platform for Flutter enthusiasts to exchange knowledge and gain insights from keynotes that enhance mobile app development. So far, we have organized 19 Flutter Warsaw events, some of which attracted up to 130 onsite attendees, with past editions also live-streamed for broader accessibility.
We’ve hosted leading Flutter experts, whose talks are available on the Flutter Warsaw YouTube channel. Our ongoing goal is to foster the growth of Flutter technology and inspire others to join this journey.

We created Patrol, an open-source UI testing framework designed for Flutter apps. Released in 2022, Patrol enhances Flutter's core UI testing capabilities, enabling developers to achieve what was previously unattainable. Our expert team continues to actively develop and refine the framework.
