We are looking for a Lead Flutter Developer

LeanCode is a software studio based in Warsaw (Poland). We are a team of 60+ skilled developers, UX designers and product owners. Our mission is to solve real-life problems using cutting-edge technologies.

We are looking for a Lead Flutter Developer, a team player who cares not only about beautiful layouts but also about great user experience, software architecture, and code quality. 

There’s a catch in this offer, though… You’ll probably have to learn how to play table soccer or table tennis if you join us ;)

Our clients represent different industries from banking and insurance, through retail and medtech products up to SaaS solutions. This gives our team plenty of room to explore new businesses and master challenging domains.

We work for companies from all over the world (at the moment, that is: Poland, Germany, the UK, the USA, and Australia).

We join forces with the clients at the very early stage of the process. Thanks to that, we have a substantial impact on how our products actually work and look like. This approach requires very close cooperation with the clients, including frequent workshops and day-to-day meetings with them.

We contribute a lot to the Fluttervese. We co-organized the biggest Flutter conference in the world - Flutter Europe. We also run Flutter Warsaw Meetup, which gathers hundreds of Flutter enthusiasts during monthly online events. What is more, we are taking our first steps as open source contributors. In our internal Flutter Guild, we already have 22 Flutter Developers who weekly share their knowledge with each other.

Our expectations

We are looking for an experienced Senior / Lead Developer who has experience in leading the mobile development team and has:

• Experience in mobile development (5+ years);
• Experience in Flutter and Dart (1+ years);
• Knowledge of various state management strategies;
• Knowledge of popular design patterns;
• Up-to-date knowledge of popular Flutter libraries: Provider/Riverpod, BloC/Cubit, freezer, etc.;
• Past experience with native mobile development (iOS or Android);
• Experience with integrating mobile CI/CD services (e.g., Codemagic, Bitrise);
• Experience with writing Bloc/widget/integration tests;
• Willingness to share knowledge;
• Good command of English (written and spoken);
• Great command of Polish (written and spoken C1) - obligatorily.

We give extra points for:

• Knowledge of Swift or Kotlin;
• Experience in team management;
• Experience with automated testing in Flutter;
• Knowledge of UX principles;
• Passion for creating beautiful UI.
