Role overview

We are looking for a Delivery Manager responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of client projects from post-sales handover through ongoing delivery. Your role is to make sure engagements run efficiently, teams are properly allocated, risks are proactively managed, and projects remain both successful for the client and profitable for the company.

As we enter our next phase of growth and significantly expand our client portfolio, we are looking for experienced Delivery Managers who will not only ensure excellent operational delivery for our clients but also help us design and build the processes, frameworks, and roles around delivery. The goal is to create a scalable delivery organization capable of serving enterprise clients at the highest possible level. 

Job Description

We seek an experienced Head of Delivery, who will gradually join our executive team. As the CDO, you will oversee the delivery of all software projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest quality standards. In this role, you will introduce best practices for product development. You will also lead a talented team of project managers and analysts, driving continuous improvement in our delivery processes and methodologies.

Your Responsibilities:

• Post-sales handover & project setup.
• Overseeing project execution - monitoring project risks, coordinating resource allocation  to keep delivery on track while maintaining profitability.
• Monitoring client satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
• Spotting growth & upsell opportunities.
• Tracking contract timelines and ensuring timely contract renewals.

Our Requirements:

• Experience in software delivery, account management, client success, or project/engagement management in a tech environment.
• Strong understanding of software development processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and operational mindset.
• Ability to anticipate risks and proactively solve problems.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Business awareness to identify upsell/expansion opportunities.
• Very good command of both Polish and English.
