With our strategy in mind, we want to create this new position of  Delivery Manager who will build their own team of Project Coordinators responsible for the day-to-day delivery of software development projects for our clients. This person has to combine technology and business understanding with the drive for strong operational excellence. Our new Delivery Manager will report directly to the CEO.

Role overview

We are looking for a Delivery Manager responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of client projects from post-sales handover through ongoing delivery. Your role is to make sure engagements run efficiently, teams are properly allocated, risks are proactively managed, and projects remain both successful for the client and profitable for the company.

As we enter our next phase of growth and significantly expand our client portfolio, we are looking for experienced Delivery Manager who will not only ensure excellent operational delivery for our clients but also help us design and build the processes, frameworks, and roles around delivery. The goal is to create a scalable delivery organization capable of serving enterprise clients at the highest possible level. 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Managing the Team of Project Coordinators. 
  • Post-sales handover & project setup.
  • Overseeing project execution - monitoring project risks, coordinating resource allocation  to keep delivery on track while maintaining profitability.
  • Monitoring client satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
  • Tracking contract timelines and ensuring timely contract renewals.
  • Spotting growth & upsell opportunities.
  • Leading the Recruitment efforts for hiring new Project Coordinators.

Our Requirements:

  • Experience in software delivery, account management, client success, or project/engagement management in a tech environment and at a service company is a must.
  • 2+ years of experience in leading/managing the team of Coordinators/PMs in the software delivery agency.  
  • Strong understanding of software development processes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and operational mindset.
  • Ability to anticipate risks and proactively solve problems.
  • Excellent communication and ease of building relationships.
  • Business awareness to identify upsell/expansion opportunities.
  • Very good command of both Polish and English.
