We are currently looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist who can empower our LeanCode team and hit the proper target group with our valuable content by managing SEO and SEM campaigns. The role is for a person who has an advanced knowledge in both areas and will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing online marketing campaigns to bring new clients to our website effectively.

Marketing operations are the main source of our leads. Most of LeanCode's sales talks start with a discussion around our ebook or article, which attracted the client. We can see great potential in this field, and that is why we want to invest exceptionally in broadening marketing operations to become the leaders in categories that we consider strategic and that overlap technology and brand knowledge.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a person who can help us in the long-run strategy of marketing positioning by content marketing techniques and paid campaigns. We will particularly expect:

  1. Proficiency in using various digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and sometimes Twitter Ads to create and manage targeted campaigns.
  2. Content distribution in paid campaigns, which aim at increasing the traffic from the release and gain advantage over the competition. 
  3. Building remarketing campaigns depending on users’ behavioural patterns.
  4. Link-building that is based on reliable sources which are visited by the target group.
  5. Ability to analyze and interpret marketing data, identify trends and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns (using Ahrefs, SurferSEO and other tools).
  6. Marketing strategy co-creation by generating creative and engaging campaigns for our target audience and helping to find a content-persona fit. 

What are we expecting?

  1. Experience in building B2B campaigns for service companies, particularly for foreign markets.
  2. Fluency with analytic tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, or Search Console and familiarity with basic tools such as Ahrefs or Surfer to track and analyze campaign performance and user behavior.
  3. Experience with SEO and SEM campaigns (building, monitoring & optimizing).
  4. Analytical thinking and data-driven thinking.
  5. Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to optimize campaigns which will consequently lead to the most valuable insights for the company.
  6. Proactive attitude and energy that will help us to take the most out of our unique business strategy.Strong attention to details and quality.
  7. Good command of English.

What can you expect?

LeanCode team works mostly in the office at our HQ, located in Warsaw by Służew metro station. It is possible to work remotely, but the candidates who are able to work at least partly in the office will be favored. We have a comfortable villa with a fabulous backyard which is a hub for seasonal BBQ parties and daily leisure between the duties. We like to integrate with each other, so it is important to see each other as much as possible. We are also coffee freaks, so you can expect a specialty coffee from a local roastery. After a good quality coffee, you can play table tennis and table soccer :) 

At LeanCode, you can also expect facultative training, developmental meetings and workshops. Once a quarter, we have reunion meetings intended for the whole company; you can expect them to gain knowledge but also to have fun with social outings with great people.
