LeanCode is a software studio based in Warsaw (Poland). We are a team of 60+ skilled developers, UX designers, and product owners. Our mission is to solve real-life problems using cutting-edge technologies.

Our clients represent different industries, from banking and insurance through retail and MedTech products up to SaaS solutions. This gives our team plenty of room to explore new businesses and master challenging domains.

We work for companies from all over the world (at the moment, that is: Poland, Germany, the UK, the USA, and Australia).

We join forces with the clients at the very early stage of the process. Thanks to that, we have a substantial impact on how our products actually work and look. This approach requires very close cooperation with the clients, including frequent workshops and day-to-day meetings with them.

We contribute a lot to the Fluttervese. We co-organized the biggest Flutter conference in the world - Flutter Europe. We also run Flutter Warsaw Meetup, which gathers hundreds of Flutter enthusiasts during monthly online events. What is more, we are taking our first steps as open-source contributors. In our internal Flutter Guild, we already have 22 Flutter Developers who weekly share their knowledge.

We are looking for a Flutter Developer, a team player who cares not only about beautiful layouts but also about great user experience, software architecture, and code quality. 

There’s a catch in this offer, though… You’ll probably have to learn how to play table soccer or table tennis if you join us ;)

Our requirements:

• Experience in mobile development (2+ years);
• Knowledge of Flutter and Dart;
• Familiarity with Firebase services;
• Good command of English (written and spoken);
• Great command of Polish (written and spoken C1) - obligatorily.

We give extra points for:

• Minimum one Flutter app released to Google Play or AppStore;
• Past experience with native mobile development (iOS or Android);
• Knowledge of Swift or Kotlin;
• Familiarity with popular Flutter libraries: Provider/Riverpod, BloC/Cubit, freezed, etc.;
• Experience with integrating mobile CI/CD services (e.g., Codemagic, Bitrise);
• Experience with writing Bloc/widget/integration tests;
• Knowledge of Material guidelines.

Other important facts on what you can expect:

• Work at our HQ (Warsaw, Służew metro station) or remotely;
• Comfortable, spacious office with a large backyard (we have frequent BBQ parties between lockdowns);
• Specialty coffee from a local roastery (yes, we are coffee freaks…);
• Knowledge sharing during weekly Flutter team meetings;
• Frequent technical talks from various areas of software development (system architecture, Domain-Driven Design, mobile & frontend trends, UX);
• We play table soccer.

Recruitment process

2. Get through the technical review with our Flutter Team Leader. At this stage, we may require writing some live code. 
3. Join the call with our CTO to discuss the potential cooperation and your future development.
4. Welcome on board of probably the biggest Flutter Team in Poland.
